Charge out rates are determined by firstly agreeing on the employees pay rate, flat rate or penalty rates with consideration given to specific task, market conditions, availability and relevant awards or agreements.

All personnel recruited by Genesis are managed by Genesis, so the administration burden on your company is limited. 

Our administration costs are fully inclusive of:
