The Federal Government introduced the 457 visa subclass in the hope to assist employers overcome the skill shortage
In this process they have put employers through massive screening and monitoring.
This Government initiative is specifically designed to target individuals who have skills or outstanding abilities to fill the skilled workers shortage in the Australian Workforce and who can contribute to the Australian economy.
Genesis Recruitment like so many employers had to “think outside the square” to source and supply candidates to satisfy a very demanding market climate.
To address this challenge, Genesis Recruitment gained approval from the Australian Immigration Department to bring in candidates from overseas to help alleviate part of the current skills shortage.
